Upstate NY PM&R programs

Does anyone have comments on these upstate PM&R programs:

SUNY Buffalo
SUNY Syracuse
Univ. of Rochester
Albany Medical

I'm curious to find out how these residency programs compared to other, more well-known, PM&R programs in the Northeast.

I'd like get info on the pros and cons of these programs with very COLD weather being ruled out

You should check out my post about Syracuse on stories from the interview trail. I never applied to the other programs because I couldn't picture myself living in those areas, especially Buffalo.
