My GPA went up significantly from freshman year until now (2.8 to 3.4). I've been doing really well but this semester I took Biochem (with the 1st year dental students at my school) and it looks like i'm going to get a C unless there is an insane curve...how bad is this going to look on my transcript?

it will look bad.

the fact that you took it with the dental students will make it look even worse. essentially it shows that you can't compete at the level of a dental student.

There's so many variables to consider that it's really hard to know how much it will affect you. Great DAT scores could easily overpower any unusual GPA trend. It could also depend on how your GPA trended up. Was it with a lot of BCP classes? I'd think a C in biochem could be ignored in your recovery if your improvement was in the sciences and not from fluff courses.
