urethral injury

hey
in uworld there is anterior urethral injury straddle injury and posterior urethral injury due to pelvic fracture but in usmlerx its written injury to urethra below urogenital diaphragme(means posterior urethra?) means its a stradddle injury and fluid accumulate in scortum
there is a confliction between those 2 qbanks plz i need some explanation and someone explain site of flluid in every type

They're both correct

- Posterior urethra (prostatic and membranous) -above urogenital diaphragm-: Pelvic fracture
- Anterior urethra (bulbous) -below urogenital diaphragm-: Straddle injury (in children) or blunt trauma to perineum
