I've been getting through UWorld, no bigs. My UWSA 1 was 254. However I just took the most recent NBME and got a 224. What gives? Should I move my exam?

what's your goal score? I got a 240 on NBME 8 and wound up with a 281 on the real deal, so I suspect that curve is very off.

My goal is 250+
Step 1 was 260

I've never been able to trust a single practice test, especially NBMEs. My UWSAs were pretty close to my actual score, so I'd put more stick in those.

Agree, the UWSAs are more predictive, but the curve does tend to be a little more generous (compared to some of the ridiculously harsh NBMEs). To be comfortable taking the exam if you need a 250, I'd say you would want 260+ on UWSA 2.
