I have an interview with LECOM-Erie on Monday, however, according to the LECOM-Portal, they apparently do not have my Pre-Medical Committee Letter (which they should have gotten).

They also do not have a D.O. letter from me which I am aware of. I'm currently trying to obtain one.

The interview e-mail said they need these documents before the interview.

My question is - will they interview me on Monday without these documents? What will happen if I come to the interview without these documents?

I know, I should have checked my status a bit earlier than the weekend before.

I would go to the interview, interview, and take the opportunity to interact with the admissions office face to face to fix the screw-up. It wouldn't surprise me if they don't evaluate you at the admissions committed until they have it, but at least they'll have the input of the interview in place. If you can trouble shoot the problem on Monday, all the better.

It's an 8 hour drive from me, and I need to know if they won't interview me if they don't have my letters. Does anybody know or is there any way to contact them before the interview?

You answer is there. If you waited this late to contact them, then you are stuck and should be making the 8 hour drive. If nothing else, as a poster above said, you can sort this out face to face.

They called me to confirm the interview like a week before. I am assuming they are expecting to see me then...if they weren't, they would have mentioned that I am still missing the required letters...no?

If they scheduled you for an interview without the letters in hand, I'm pretty sure you don't need to be worrying. Did they give you a stipulation of having them there by the time you interview? If not don't sweat it and make sure to address it with them while you're there. Let them exactly when they will be arriving if you can. The sooner you get that stuff there, the sooner you can have your decision, so there's some serious motivation on your end if you ask me. Good luck!

When I interviewed last year, I didn't have my DO letter yet. I interviewed around Thanksgiving and turned in my letter about 2 weeks later. I turned it in around 1 on a Wednesday and by 4 that afternoon the committee had made a decision on my app and I was accepted a week later.
