Hello can you guys give me a step by step guide how to memorize

I actually don't know i read something like twice then try recall it without looking at my textbook i do but after like 3 minutes i forget what i just recalled

If you had actually checked the dozens of threads asking this identical question you wouldn't have made this post.

This isn't specific to medicine and there's a lot of great books and websites out there that go into the theory of memorization (how memories are encoded, stored, and retrieved). You can't expect everyone to do all of your legwork for you. Good luck!

JK don't do that.

Personally when reading something important I just scrible key points onto paper...sort of like chicken scratch notes.

You have to actually be engaged in something when reading to memorize it best. Make notecards as you go or take notes, etc.
