Hey guys,
I'm a MI resident so i'm definitely applying to Wayne State and Ferris State universities. I'm not applying to U of MI because they require a supplemental application and I don't think i'd be able to finish it in time. Plus I don't have 100% confidence in my stats.
-GPA: 3.7
-PCAT: 79 with 3 writing score/
-LORs: 2, one from an employer, and one from a science professor.
-Pharmacy Experience: about 40 hours in a hospital pharmacy.
-Volunteer Experience: various events with a volunteer student organization.
-Work Experience: Kroger deli for 3+years next to full time, what makes this experience unique is that in our store, we have a cultural council team (volunteers) of 10 people to organize events and raise funds, etc, and I'm part of that team.
-Personal statement: pretty good so far, edited and proofread at by writing tutors and SDN proofreaders.
I think it's worth mentioning that I'm not a US citizen but a US resident. I haven't taken TOEFL because some schools are OK with ESL classes and getting an associate, which I have. Other schools require it. but again it's too late now for that. I have also mentioned my background in my personal statement.
What other schools should I apply for?
I'm thinking Purdue, SUNY, Pittsburgh so far.
Any advise? suggestions? All welcome !
