No I wouldn’t. I mean there’s nothing you can do about it at this point. If it would be a month or so later, I would probably worry but not if it will be a few days. Most programs want you to be complete with all recc letters submitted before they grant you an interview so keep that in mind. Some only require 2 letters. I honestly don’t think it will make a huge difference for you. Good luck!
Not bad at all, I think its pretty common for 4th years who are finishing up electives and rotations to have a letter or two pending. Your application with ERAS will be digitally "stamped" with having been sent in on opening day which is the most important thing in this situation.

I'm in the same situation as @studentxx8800, but just got my third letter completed from a 4th year rotation. I've applied it to all my programs now.
Question is - will all programs (with a 3 LOR requirement) be notified of my third letter (complete application) now? Or will I have to email/call/update them myself, in the chance situation that they've already screened my application out.

Once you upload it, pretty sure all programs get a notification that you've uploaded your 3rd letter.
