HELP! How do I reschedule my DAT that I am supposed to take this friday?

I just called prometric and they are closed, but the automated voice said that my exam policy may not allow me to reschedule my testing appointment "if your exam is scheduled within the next 4 days".
Uh....but the policy is that I can cancel within 2 days by noon.

Do I just need to call them tomorrow ASAP before noon, and then I can get my test rescheduled?

Also...is there a way I can just reschedule it now...perhaps on prometric.com?
I can't find the link on prometric.com to where it will let me do this. 😕

Okay, it's letting me do it online BUT...it wants me to pay them $25.00 rescheduling fee. wtf? My test is Friday....that's in more than 2 days, so why do I have to pay a rescheduling fee?

everyone has to pay 25 dollars to reschedule. i rescheduled a month before and still had to.

I tried to re-scheduled a week before online and they told me I was past the cut-off date, when I obv. wasn't. I just called and everything was fine. I dont know why the prometric website said that though.

1st lol at $25 dollar rescheduling fee. This is a microscopic fee in the scheme of things really. Everyone has to pay it no matter how early you reschedule.

When I had problems rescheduling before they made me call ADA and the extremely rude woman on the other side of the phone must have really hated her job. The last thing I said before I hung up on her was "You are not a very happy person are you?"

Cofo, if you haven't figured this out by now everyone wants a piece of the admissions money pie. Call up prometric, they are super nice usually--they will help you reschedule.
