URGENT! Step 2 cancellation

I have been getting terrible migraines and want to reschedule my test. However, if you cancel your test the day of Step 2CK or just don't show up, will this show up on my ERAS as a test I didn't show up for?

I tried searching the NBME website but couldn't find a specific answer. Thanks in advance all as I have very little time.

Edit: what I am asking is will my score report on ERAS show a Step 2CK without a test score? Thanks.

I believe someone posted in the Step 2 forum that you were allowed to do same day cancellations, but then had to re-schedule 24 hours later or something like that.
