I really need information about all the post-bacc program which are geared to urm or disadvantaged individuals. Thanks in advance.

As far as post bacc programs for URM's, I have not heard of any that are solely geared towards URM's. For med schools though, that is a different thing.

It may also depend where you live. I am a minority and currently doing a post bacc (I am almost finished actually) and just applied to the one closest to my home for convenience.

Try the post bacc forum or non trad forum.

I believe that Drexel in PA has some sort of Post-bac program for URMs... not completely sure, but you should check it out.
