I know being URM for MD is a big thing and can sway your application. Is this the same trend with DO or not as much? Just curious! 🙂

Only African-Americans seem to have a statistical advantage for DO school, where I've seen they take as low as an MCAT of 20. Hispanics, Native-Americans, etc. have very similar numbers to Caucasians. Asians tend to have a higher MCAT score.

Do you happen to know which school(s) take 20 for URM AA?

it can, but one still has to show that you can be a good student and a good doctor. we won't do anyone any favors by admitting them if they're not qualified to be in medical school. As such, we've rejected URM candidates.
