I'm interested in getting a Residency position in an Osteopathic Uro Program. . My COMLEX 1 scores are not up to par, so I've been told to 'gun' for the position. What exactly do they mean when they say 'gun' and how can I 'gun' without being too annoying.

Anyone out there in Uro, can you please state your stats and some advice PLEASE?!
