What does it say when your application is completed?

I sent in my LOR while ago, and recently sent in my payment. Now it says "Payment Received". Doesn't say anything about LORs sent a week earlier.

when the letters are in the page should say that your app is complete. plus they will send you an email.

Yup,just got an email confirmation from them.

how long after you sent in your LOR, did status turned to "Complete"?

I had the same issue Premedgeek, I called the admissions office and they said that they would post it and it would say "complete" when they process my LORs (with everything else in). They also said that they were a few days behind on the mail so that could explain some of the holdup
