Urogyn resources?

Hi, I am an M4 interested in urogyn and am wondering what are the journals/texts to read, people to know, etc for urogynecology? Yes, I know, getting a broad ob/gyn training is the first step =) Thanks for the info!

Just as a start - I think AUGS (American Urogynecologic Society) has its own journal. It's also worth getting to know the urogyn faculty at your school if you haven't done so already, they'll be a great resource. It's a small-ish community and the attendings tend to know each other, which can be a plus on the residency interview trail.

Trying to decide on an Urogyn text. I've seen that most programs suggest either Ostergard's (Amazon product ASIN 0781770955) or Walters & Karram (Amazon product ASIN 032311377X). Could anybody make a suggestion between the two? Thanks!

The Karram Walters book has all the info you need for residency and fellowship
