Urology Rank List

Hi--

Is anyone having difficulty starting/submitting their urology rank list on AUA 2019 Residency Match. Trying to submit but the "Preferences Open" section is greyed out and over the weekend the dates to submit kept changing. Not sure if this is a glitch.

Mine is greyed out too, but you can access Preferences from the Details tab at the top with the down arrow.
