It's been pointed out in the past - that this ranking is NOT a ranking of residency programs - AND, compared to some of the other areas of medicine that are ranked by US News and World Report, Rehab is primarily a "reputation" ranking - as opposed to looking at patient data, etc.

EVMS must have been overlooked, again.😀

Oddly, that is one of the flaws of the survey - EVMS's primary teaching hospital (Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center, Norfolk) is not listed amongst the alphabetical index of all hospital's under consideration. So no, EVMS was not overlooked - it never had a chance in the first place!
