Anyone have experience working for US oncology groups? Any differences in practice pattern/income/salary structure compared to say a hospital employed position? Any input would be appreciated thanks.

I can't speak to being a hospital employee because I've never been involved with one after finishing fellowship. US oncology has a lot of other subgroups under it's umbrella - Minnesota, Virginia, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Nevada, etc.
Generally, it's a base salary for two years or until you hit your productivity numbers. Small buy-in when you "make partner." After that, you'll get paid on production with annual bonuses.
