I'd like to move to Toronto in the future, since I some family there and I miss being up there.

I'm a US citizen and I'm still a year or so from graduating. Does anybody have any advice about getting licensed?

I saw a few things on the ontario board of pharmacy's website, but I was confused about it (specifically how long a graduate must do SPT and what exams must be taken).

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciate. 🙂

Not going to happen anytime soon. I also wanted to move up there, too, but the McGuinty government cut reimbursement rates on drugs stating July 1st and Shoppers', Rexall, and others have cut hours accordingly. They didn't even hire many of their interns.
Only part time work in the GTA. Roll out to Hamilton or over to Ottawa and there are some jobs, though.

Getting licensed is actually pretty easy. You need a work visa, go intern for a few months, and take all of their licensing tests. ACPE pharmacists are treating like Cannuck graduated pharmacists from a licensing standpoint. Immigration and getting someone to sponsor you is the biggest hurdle.
