I'm in a US residency now for general surgery, and my Canadian husband and I are thinking of moving to Canada long-term. I am interested to hear from folks who were US-trained now practicing in Canada (or their colleagues), surgeon or not. What adjustments did you have to make in terms of diagnostics, therapies, equipment, billing, etc.?
