Hi all,
I asked my recruiter but he did not know the answer and I haven't been able to connect with anyone in his office that knows. My question is pretty simple: if I am selected for HPSP and I also have outside scholarships that I'm receiving, will the military only pay the different in tuition + fees after the other scholarships have paid? Or, will the military still pay 100% of tuition and costs thereby allowing my 3rd party scholarships to be refunded to me by my school?
