No they need sealed transcripts from university, if you have them as sealed copies you can send them directly.

oh ok so we dont need to include the ECE score report in the supplemental application isnt it
 
Does anyone know if USC require postgraduate transcripts? I am a foreign dentist. After obtaining a DDS in my home country, I attended one-year postgraduate implantology certificate program in Europe. Does USC require me to send in the transcript for this implantology certificate as well?
 
Hey guys, Can anyone help me with the list of supplemental documents to be sent to the University? Can anyone list them for me? It's Urgent.... Guys help.

This is a little late (I didn't see this post before today), but I guess for anyone else looking for this list (credit to USC website):


  • The following supplemental materials must be submitted together in one envelope and sent by mail to the Ostrow School of Dentistry’s Office of Admissions:
  • Notarized paper copy of valid TOEFL exam, in addition to the electronic scores that will have already been submitted to USC.
  • Documentary proof of license or registration to practice dentistry from a Ministry of Health or proper governing body
  • Complete official/original transcripts or mark sheets, in the original language, of all college and university coursework, including dental education.
  • Dental degree diploma in the original language.
  • Course-by-Course Evaluation in a sealed envelope from World Education Service (WES).
  • Official National Dental Board Examination (NDBE) Part I results, in a sealed envelope from the American Dental Association (ADA). A minimum score of 75 in each category is required. We recommend, but do not require, that you take the NDBE Part II.
  • A passport-style photo of yourself, measuring 2 inches x 2 inches.
  • A non-refundable $145 processing fee. We will accept a personal check, cashier/bank check or money order made payable to USC. Please write your CAAPID number on the check.


    Also, they will notify applicant of interview Mid-September.

I did not even get an application completion mail or anything at all from USC? Did people get a formal application complete mail?

I got completion email on wednesday
 
Did you email them to ask for your application status? I think they send the completion mail only then right?

UCS will start sending the interview invites from Oct 1st week and most probable dates for bench exam would be Oct last week.
 
Did you call them... Radical ghost?
 
Have you guys all received the "complete application status" email? The last email I received is the email from Mr.Williams about checking our FAQ , that was cc ed to so many applicants. How did u follow ur application status?
 
Do u know about UCLA also?

No I didn't receive any application status email , and have no idea about the status of my app.

I just called them and they said they would send the invites sometime this week but they dint specify any date.... whoever gets an interview invite, please do post....

means iv if someone rejects...but counting the number of alternate list students...difficult to get one iv.
 
I got too selected as alternate!
 
Alternate list means you can be called anytime until the date of the interview based on how many people decline the invites..
Keeping in mind that a lot of people have been put on alternate list and that hardly anyone would decline it, the chances seem to be really less..
What say??

I agree with that. I am on the 'Alternate list' too.
So many of us!
 
Looks like no rejections and everyone's on the alternate list.
Alternate list for IV makes no sense, waitlists are only good for acceptances.
