People said that USC will send email at noon, is that east time at noon? Or cali time at noon , anyone knows?

Does NYU send another email in different time today ? Or it is all done..
NYU hasnt sent anything to me yet, anyone got email for waitlist / rejection ??

Same here. I did not get any email from nyu. I think I might be waitlisted or rejected.
I am also wairlisted for USC which I expected
