so i'm sure we all got the email yesterday. how do you guys feel about the decrease to 8 spots? i mean i guess it's good b/c it means more cases per resident but at the same time by decreasing from 12 to 10 and now to 8, aren't they kind admitting to low numbers? the whole "we weren't logging correctly" explanation is pretty much shot isn't it? and the residents all seem overworked as it is with 10, will 8 work in our favor???
