USC ID number!

Hi I am a prospective student for USC school of dentistry.
This thread is for people who are attending USC or prospective students at USC school of Dentistry
I got accepted to the program, but I have not received my 10 digit USC ID number...
I called the school several times to find out about my ID number, but I have not gotten any answers from them.
How do I get access to my ID number? I need my ID number in order for me to turn in my admission packets by August.
