I have applied in USC ( 06/20) and BU(7/20). Just need to know what are my chances to get IV?
And If I get any invite, when would it be? In mid AUg/ sep?

Why do you show only these informations?
Where is your BDS GPA? Where is your class rank during your BDS?
How many research you have done? How many publication you have made?
What is your work experience in/out of the US?
Where do you do your MPH?

These are more important criterias than those you showed us.

I got 100 in toefl! Should I retake !? And if yes I am thinking to take it in mid Sep. Would that be too late?

Most international programs will no longer consider applicants without nbde part 2. Its more important than any masters degree you have.
