Im a 4th year med student and both my roomies are moving out this year. rent is about ~570 a month for each room. In Alhambra and close walking distance from grocery store, LA fitness, coffee bean, theater, and a few other places. One covered parking, the other is in the street. one room is master bedroom with bath the other is large room that shares bath. HSC is about 20 minutes in the morning traffic w/o freeways. On the other hand, i would be willing to move into another place, maybe monterey hills if someone is in need of a roomate. My main concerns are keeping the costs down- if you are still out of town I can try to find another place.
Im very clean and easy to get along with and great to have around for any incoming medical students although Im down to room with anyone.
