As a 1st year current resident tuition is around $71,500, we received a stipend of $40,000 which was a pleasant surprise as we were quoted $30,000. I do not know if next years residents will be receiving 30K or 40K. With living expenses and such, the total for the year will be around $65,000. Second year there is no tuition, and stipend is provided from the hospital you are assigned to. (I know this reply is a bit late, but figured I would help clarify)
