This morning my status for usc just changed to "waitlisted" i just interviewed there last thursday. i thought they couldnt give that info until dec 1st????? anyone else experiencing this!?

Same thing happened to me. I have no idea what the deal is. gonna have to call them and figure out.😎

Same thing happened to me too! I interviewed 10/24 and it just popped up today... please post when you call them.

My status also lists me as "alternate". Does anyone who has interviewd there have a different status than "alternate" or "waitlist"?

I just checked my status for USC on AADSAS and it says "wait listed" but the status on the USC page is "alternate". huh?

Hopefully this will clear everything up for everyone. I called a week or two ago and they said that after you interview your status changes to Alternate, because everyone who interviews is basically on their "wait list". Then I got a packet from them in the mail after my interview that basically stated that everyone who interviews is put on a list or "wait list" and they pull their acceptances from the list. So don't worry if it says alternate.
