USC is a great school! I know FIU is relatively new. USC would be a safe bet. Good luck and congrats!!

wow that's way too much debt more practical to attend the other school
That amount of debt is scary! Is that just tuition or does that include living expenses? If not, that part of California is crazy expensive to live in. My best friend worked for a non-profit in Pasadena that provided her a place to live. That's the only way she could afford to live there. All of her friends were doctors or lawyers because people just need to make that much money to live comfortably there.
Unless you are just determined to live in CA after graduation, you should consider going somewhere else.....but then again you may not be able to afford to live there because of your high student debt payments.
I totally get that it would be cool to say that you graduated from the #1 OT program. However, you might regret it when your starting salary is the same as some one who didn't, but you're making $800(probably more?) student loan payments.

I recently got into TJU and I just visited the campus and went on an OT tour. I absolutely loved it and plan on attending. The campus is only about a block of the city but it is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is modern and updated. The on-campus apartments are really nice. And the hands-on clinical aspect of the program really sold me on it. From the first semester you have hands-on training. There's an ADL lab room where they record you and a patient so you can see and hear yourself while you treat them. Just absolutely outstanding facilities and opportunities.
