If price really isn't a factor (and keep in mind things like cost of living, length of program, etc in price), then things to think about would be: class size, distribution of clinicals (are they all at the end or stattered throughout the curriculum), how the curriculum is structured, is there an emphasis more on neuro or ortho?, do anatomy labs utilize dissection or prosections, is their a research project/capstone project. Also other factors like California vs. NY. No right answer to these questions, different styles resonate with different people. Look at the sort of research faculty are doing and if those interests align with yours. USC is at the forefront of research, NYU has research but isn't "the" place. How important is that to you?
