I live in Los Angeles, so I'm thinking of applying to these three schools next year:

-USC
Tuition: ~240k
Accreditation: Fully accredited
-West Coast University (WCU)
Tuition: ~160k
Accreditation: Candidate status
-Keck Graduate Institute (KGI)
Tuition: ~200k
Accreditation: Candidate status
Is there anyone here who would pick USC over the other two because of its reputation/history/accreditation status? Is what USC has to offer worth the extra ~80k? I mean there is no reason to assume the other two will fail to get fully accredited once they graduate their first class.

What do you guys think?

None of them in present condition. I would apply out of state to the cheapest established/reputed school.

No to all three schools. You will easily rack up 300k at USC just from tuition and fees alone plus accrued interest. Candidate school equals bad idea.
Time to put on the big boy pants and go to school outside of California.

Out of state is not an option for me.

How so?
No alumni network, decreased access to quality rotations, faculty working the kinks out of their curriculum, lower NAPLEX pass rates, lower quality average student-base, possible decreased credibility with employers and residency programs, often a 'for-profit' agenda by the school

Thanks for the input. Now given everything you mentioned in your previous post and considering the cost difference, would you pick USC over the other two candidate schools if these were your only choices?

Unfortunately, moving out of state (or out of town for that matter) is not an option for me. So, these three schools would be my only logical choices.

With the saturation of SoCal, you will most likely have to move out of state/town to find a job. The job market is already terrible and is only going to get far worse when all of the new schools graduate their first classes in 2018-2020.

No I wouldn't.
