Hi 🙂

I will be attending USC dental in the fall, and I was wondering if any of the USC dental students could tell me about what you did during the 2-week orientation and your experience at the white coat ceremony? I'm so excited 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 and also, can you tell me about your experiences with dorm life at USC like food, friends, safety, etc?

Hey friend-
First 2 weeks is pretty mellow. It just gets you adjusted to the PBL thing. And you'll be doing a lot of walking around, and meeting your classmates. The first year will be pretty chill, and enjoy yourself. That being said, don't slack off and spend the whole 1st year at the beach.

Being a 4th year, I've heard all the things about PBL.... the horror stories, the... may I say.. good stories, etc. The thing about PBL, you actually are treated like a GRAD student.. who would have thunk it??? Anyhow, take your time, enjoy your 4 years. I'll be there @ the White Coat Ceremony.

friends.. good
safety... ehh, just don't walk @ night or you'll be "crime-alerted"
etc.... can't beat SC girls in the summer.

Hey All, I will be there tooo...

the tution is damn too high though..so if you are a current dental student at USC, do you think by graduating from USC you will be able to make enough to pay off the loans and make a good living!!!very worried about it!
