i was there yesterday the class is only 1/4 full, they will be half full march1, then 3/4 april1 and then full by july/aug

where you there for the interview yesterday because your predents says your interview was back in Jan. I've called USC a few times and I keep getting different answers on how full the class is. Also does that mean that march 1st is the next acceptance date or no?

does anyone know how likely it is for someone to get in if they interviewed back in November? I just cant help but feel that as more people interview, they won't look back on the old interviewers as much

oh sorry i intended to interview in jan but it was full so i went earlier this week. the info was what they told us in their presentation. frankly USC seems really sketchy about releasing info and wouldnt answer most of our questions -_-
they said they constantly re-review until the class is full but who really knows :/

USC ranks people, so I don't think they will re review your app. because you are already ranked.

And I still chose USC.. everyone has their preferences, I'm from SoCal, trojans are huge here, love the school, love the people... I would be more concerned about what school you would be most HAPPY at rather than stupid little details between school curriculums... For me it's the location, close proximity to my family, my armos, the clinic, and the laid back vibe at the school..the only downside is SoCal is super saturated and it'll be tough once graduated and ready to set up shop

I'm not sure what kind of response you're looking to get from people with this post. Are you looking for congratulations on settling? You picked USC because you didn't want to go outside your comfort zone of being near your family. That's fine. Your choosing it over better options doesn't get rid of the real problems in USC's program, though.

True in some sense but for many cost is a big factor. Many people are starting to think twice before attending USC because of the ridiculous tuition, failed PBL concept, and the responsibility for recruiting many of your own patients (mentioned at my interview by a couple students). This thread is just calling out a bad school so others can see a different side of the 'perfect picture' they paint for you at the interview.

some people that interviewed during feb. said that acceptances should be sent march 1st. So I'm guessing anytime this week. Also, I called last thrusday and admissions said the class is 40-50% full.
