USCE other than OB-GYN

Hello,

it might seem an odd question but I was wondering if it really matters that my only USCE would be in general surgery while applying to OB-GYN. It was my only choice - either this or nothing, so I grabbed the chance... If I can get really positive letters of recommendation from it, should I still attach them to my application?
