Hey guys, sorry if this has been answered before I did my best searching through the forums and online before I posted this. I was just wondering if anybody could explain how Class 1C antiarrhythmics prolong QRS duration via use-dependence? I understand that the faster the heart beats, the more the drug works bc class1c dissociate the slowest. I just dont understand how a drug that doesn't affect action potential duration is affecting the qrs complex?
Thanks in advance everyone
