After taking the DAT I thought I would share what materials were absolutely useless so that you wouldn't waste your precious time or money on them.
Crack the Science
Man this was the biggest waste of money, the questions are not even close to the real thing especially the chemistry questions. They are worded poorly and several of the answers were incorrect. It would have been more beneficial to get a bikini wax and I am a MAN.
Crack the Reading
The passages and questions are also not even close to the real thing. I don't see how this could even be good for timing.
Barron's DAT
Overall this is pretty useless, the practice test have blatantly incorrect answers and I found a few of the review sections to have errors in their content. The only thing helpful in this book for me was the PAT tutorial, and it was very helpful.
Destroyer QR Section
I really didn't think this section was on par with the real thing but use your discretion.
Feel free to add to this list or disagree with me. These are just items that I would not spend my money on again if I were to retake the DAT.
