Other than registration in the US,where else can I use an ecfmg certificate to register?Would I be able to use my ecfmg certificate in Ireland or Australia or any other country?

No. It is an entirely US credential verification system and as such not routinely accepted in other countries who have their own system.

I think NZ and Aus have their own NZMLE and Aus-MLE (AMLE). Many places do. Hong Kong: HKMLE. Maybe all MLEs are too similar?


What are the requirements of ECFMG certificate, M.D. degree/diploma, the boards/Step 1, 2CS, CK? what else?

If I'm not mistaken, NZ accepts USMLE Steps 1 and 2 CK. You don't have to take their written exam if you passed USMLE Steps 1 and 2 CK, just pass their clinical skills assessment then you can practice.
