Was wondering if anyone out there uses any CRM (like salesforce, etc) to track your referrals from certain offices/doctors. I am looking for a good way to help my sales team with keeping up to date with marketing to doctors.

Good luck on that and if you find something that works, let me know. I keep all contacts by hand. It's a PITA. Plus the hospital system has given us various "lists" they've purchased (US News, local lists, etc) and they are all POS and a waste of our money. I cover a very large market area as a doctor's office (33,400 sq miles) so this is a constant battle. I also have contacts of various specialties/referral bases.
