So I've heard that medical schools that accept AP requirements require you to supplement the credit. If I were to get credit for physics i, would taking physics ii (with lab) and physical chem (without a lab) be sufficient?

I got credit for physics I and just skipped to physics II. I then got paranoid that just the AP credit and physics II wouldn't be enough, so I emailed a handful of med schools and most replied that they do want to see an upper level physics class to supplement the AP credit. However, a few specifically said that you need a year of physics with lab. Also, I've never heard of physical chemistry counting as physics...at least at my school it's not cross-listed as a physics course, but I don't know much about p-chem so I'm not sure. I ended up just taking physics I over the summer, because before taking any upper-level physics classes with labs at my school I would have to take modern physics. I had no interest in modern physics, nor in taking multiple upper-level physics classes. Yuck.
