using dentist loupes for ophtho

i was looking at ebay. it seems there are "dental" loupes on sale for <$200. anyone have experience with them? it may not be attending worthy, but how about a poor resident?

well my friend (dental student) recently bought dental loupes, and the good quality ones seem to run as expensive as ophtho ones, so i imagine there is nothing inherently lower quality about dental loupes.

They should be fine for training and you can decide to upgrade in the future.
