Using First Aid as a pseudo Neuro syllabus

I was wondering if the Neuro in First Aid is essentially all that they teach during MS2?
Not at my med school. First Aid left me wondering why we learned so many lumps and bumps and tracts and brain stem levels and whatever else we learned.

Could we use it as prep tool before Neuro starts?
It may work for smarter people, but I found that I didn't learn enough from First Aid to make it worth my time. It's definitely more of a review tool. If you really want to study beforehand, you may want to find a copy of Neuroanatomy Through Clinical Cases, which is thorough enough to learn the material on your own.

First Aid covered about 1/100th of what we learned in neuro.
