Using Freida to find non-NRMP programs

Is there an efficient way to use FREIDA to find the programs that do not participate in NRMP ("All Out")? Right now the search feature in FREIDA is so basic and does not allow specification for this parameter.

If you go on to eras, you can pull up a list of all residencies in a certain field. Next to each program, it has a letter coding system that says if it is participating in the match or not. https://services.aamc.org/eras/erasstats/par/index.cfm
