you mean secondaries right? as far as I know you only write one personal statement and that goes with your primary app.

As for secondaries, that's what everybody does. It's especially the case with those questions asking for why you want to be a doctor or why you want to go to that medical school (which is dumb b/c you really can't know until you go there).

I see. However, I'm not quite talking Med School yet.

I'm still in undergrad and so far every Research Programme wants a cover letter. They all seem to ask the same questions, so it only makes sense that they get the same answers, right?

oh well sorry you should've made yourself more clear. I don't see any reason why you can't use the same answers except the one's that specifically ask why you're interested in their work. Don't feel guilty if you're not sure, because no one can expect you to know 100% that that type of research is for you if you haven't done anything in it. One thing you should know is that if the labs are in the same building right next to each other you can expect them to talk a little bit. In that case, it would probably be better if you copied your answers, b/c at least you seem consistent haha. Don't get caught saying how much you love microbiology and then have research professor find out you wrote one loving neurobiology. Just be honest and say that you want to be involved in research to get your feet wet. If there's one you particularly want to get into, then it's probably okay to express that that's the one you particularly want to do.

Thanks man, I appreciate the advice!
