Using TrueLearn Combank for OMS-1

So my university purchased the Combank q-bank for all first years and we are required to complete mandatory quizzes that they set for us twice a month. In the interest of not wasting the little time i have by simply clicking through these quizzes, i was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on how i could best use this resource for my benefit?

I have to do it so i might as well use it for first year and wayyy tooo early board prep. Any note-taking ideas, review ideas, or ideas in general regarding board prep would be greatly appreciated.

Tutor mode, review each question as you take it, try and learn. Your right that it won't be as useful first year but this is the best way I am dealing with it now.

Unfortunately Combank is a joke. IMO the questions are too easy, poorly written, and overwhelmingly do not reflect the nature of true COMLEX questions. That said, if you are dead set on using it to do practice questions just do them whenever you have downtime and fully read explanations. These questions are just "throw away fodder" that will be not very useful anyway, so use them as you see fit.

If you are looking for better prep, I would recommend UWorld (for all subject questions) + OMG OMT (for OMM content).
If you want a QBank that includes OMM questions, use COMQUEST (COMQUEST >>>> COMBANK).

The problem with COMBANK is that the questions are very first-order, non-integrated questions and it's simply not optimized to train your brain for COMLEX. The other thing that struck me about COMBANK was the lack of adequate explanations. I expect a QBank to be really thorough (and thus why UWorld has such a glowing reputation).

Summary:
(Overall) QBanks: UWorld > COMQUEST > COMBANK
(DO) QBanks: COMQUEST > COMBANK
