Does anyone know which osteopathic schools have the highest USMLE passage rate or score the highest as a school in general?

USMLE scores are not reported to individual DO schools, so there is no way that anyone could give you an answer to that. If someone claims to know, they are fibbing.

USMLE scores aren't automatically reported to or tracked by osteopathic schools. It's hard enough to get them to release formal data on COMLEX, which all students take, but to get them to release any of what little data they may have for USMLE seems unlikely, at best.

I think if you are looking for a sweeping generalization, the schools whose students do the best on COMLEX probably perform well on USMLE. You could also just call the schools and ask if they will release their COMLEX and/or USMLE data, but good luck getting an answer that isn't "No."
