Does usmleworld change your overall percentage if you do already answered incorrect questions and answer then correct? Or is the overall percentage reflect only the first time answerin each question?

I believe it does change your % if you go back and change incorrect answers to correct ones. Email them directly if you want to know how it works in detail.
