USMLE 2010 Sample exam score equivalent?

This is probably a silly question. But, I just did the 144 question sample question they have on the USMLE website and scored 78%. Does anyone have any idea if something like this can be translated into a rough range of the actual score? I've seen people translate UW %'s to the actual score so I though maybe someone knew.....
