USMLE CD / Free 150 ?

A lot of people rave about the Medfriends converter for the Free 150.
Does anyone know the accuracy of that ?
I think its way too easy...but i guess the Medfriends estimator accounts for that..coz a 75% correct correlates to just 230..

Please post ur thoughts !
