Step I USMLE CD with Intro??

I've read in a few places about a CD that we are supposed to have in which you can go through the intro to Step 1, thus saving you the extra 15 minutes as break time on the big day. Anyone know where we are supposed to get this, or is it something they don't do anymore? Thanks.

I'm not sure about the CD, but if you download the free sample questions off of the USMLE website, the tutorial is included so you can run through it before hand. 🙂
